A Visit to Grandma and Grandpa

Tommy couldn't wait to visit Grandma and Grandpa's house. As soon as the car stopped, he jumped out and ran to the front door. Grandma greeted him with a warm hug and a plate of freshly baked cookies. Grandpa was in the backyard, working on a brand-new swing. Tommy's eyes lit up with excitement as he saw it.

After enjoying some cookies, Grandma took Tommy and his little sister Lily to the garden. The garden was full of colorful flowers and ripe vegetables. Tommy loved picking tomatoes and cucumbers with Grandma. Lily found a butterfly and giggled with delight. They filled a basket with fresh produce to bring back to the kitchen.

As the sun began to set, Grandpa gathered everyone around the campfire. He told funny stories about his childhood, making everyone laugh. Tommy and Lily listened intently, imagining the adventures Grandpa had. The crackling fire and the twinkling stars made the evening magical. Grandma brought out marshmallows for roasting, adding to the fun.

The next morning, Tommy woke up with a big smile, remembering the fun day he had. He couldn't wait to tell his friends about the new swing and the garden adventure. Before leaving, Grandma and Grandpa gave Tommy and Lily big hugs. They promised to visit again soon. Tommy knew he would always cherish these special moments with his grandparents.
