Ayan's Cotton Plantation
Gifts of nature
Once upon a time, in a small village, lived a man named Ayan. Ayan was 40 years old and loved his cotton plantation. Every morning, he would walk through the fields, checking on each cotton plant. He was proud of his work and appreciated the soft, fluffy cotton. Ayan knew that cotton was special and had many uses. He wanted to share his love for cotton with everyone in the village. So, he decided to plan a special day to celebrate cotton.

Ayan thought about how he could celebrate cotton with his friends and family. He decided to call it 'World Cotton Day'. He planned a big party on his plantation. He invited all the villagers to come and learn about cotton. Ayan wanted to show them how cotton grows and what it can be used for. He prepared different activities and games for everyone to enjoy. On World Cotton Day, Ayan gathered everyone around. He began to tell them the story of cotton. 'Cotton starts as a tiny seed,' he explained. 'With care, it grows into a plant with beautiful white bolls.' Ayan showed the villagers how the cotton is picked from the plant. He explained that the cotton fibers are then spun into threads. Everyone listened carefully, amazed by the journey of cotton.

Ayan then talked about the many uses of cotton. 'Cotton is used to make clothes,' he said, pointing to his shirt. 'It keeps us cool in summer and warm in winter.' He showed them cotton towels and explained how they dry us after a bath. Ayan also talked about cotton bedsheets that help us sleep comfortably. The villagers were surprised to learn that cotton is in so many everyday things. They realized how important cotton was in their lives.

They giggled with delight as they tasted the sugary clouds. Ayan explained that cotton candy is made from sugar, not real cotton. The children were amazed by the magic of cotton candy. They thanked Ayan for teaching them something new and fun.

Next, Ayan organized a crafting session. He gave everyone cotton balls and glue. 'Let's make cotton sheep!' he announced. The villagers happily made fluffy sheep with cotton. They also used cotton to paint clouds and snow on paper. Ayan was pleased to see everyone enjoying themselves. He knew that cotton could spark creativity and joy.
