The Adventure Begins

John Jr visits Hong Kong

In a cozy home, not so far, lived John Jr., a star. With hair of brown, never a frown, to Hong Kong, he'd travel by car. The city awaited, with lights so bright, our John's eyes sparkled with delight.

Skyscrapers touching the sky, John Jr. watched, with a sigh. 'So many lights,' he thought in awe, Hong Kong's beauty, he saw.

Next, to the Star Ferry, they go, on the water, it moves slow. Across the harbor, they glide, with the waves, they ride.

An escalator, long and covered, through the city, John Jr. hovered. Up and up, they went so high, nearly reaching the sky.

In a restaurant, they sat down, to try the best dim sum in town. Little dishes, oh so fine, each bite, a taste divine.

A Buddha, large and bronze, in its presence, they were ensconced. Up the steps, they did tread, feeling peace, no dread.

They learned of Feng Shui, to bring luck, every day. In Hong Kong, it's the way, for happiness and no dismay.

With hearts full, they say goodbye, to Hong Kong, under the sky. John Jr.'s adventure, a dream so bright, in his memories, it'll always light.
