Sammy's Emotional Adventure: Learning to Name and Tame Feelings
Sammy the squirrel was feeling very happy one sunny morning. He loved playing in the forest with his friends Bella the bunny and Max the mouse. But as the day went on, Sammy started feeling sad for no reason. He didn't understand why his feelings changed so quickly. Bella and Max noticed and wanted to help.

Bella suggested they visit the wise old owl, Oliver. Oliver knew a lot about feelings and emotions. When they reached Oliver, Sammy explained how his feelings kept changing. Oliver smiled and said, 'It's okay to have different feelings. The important thing is to name them and understand why you're feeling that way.' This made Sammy curious to learn more.

Oliver taught Sammy and his friends a special game. They would name their feelings and think about what made them feel that way. Sammy realized he felt sad because he missed his family. Bella said she felt excited when she found a new patch of flowers. Max shared that he felt scared when it got too dark in the forest. Naming their emotions helped them feel better.

With Oliver’s help, Sammy learned to tame his feelings. When he felt sad, he would think of happy memories with his friends. If he felt scared, he would take deep breaths and remember he wasn’t alone. Sammy thanked Oliver and felt proud of himself. He knew that with his friends by his side, he could handle any emotion that came his way.
