The Red Fury

the wrath of noah

Noah was playing in the park with his friend Léa. Suddenly, he tripped became angry
1
After Noah calmed down, Léa asked him why he got so angry. Noah shrugged, feeling embarrassed. 'I don't know,' he admitted. 'It just happens.' Léa nodded, thinking hard about how she could help.
2
The next day, Léa suggested they ask their teacher for advice. 'Everyone gets angry,' she said. 'Maybe they know how to calm down.' Noah agreed, curious to learn new ways to control his anger.
3
Their fteacher Mia told them about deep breathing. 'When you're angry, take deep breaths,' she explained. Noah tried it, inhaling and exhaling slowly. To his surprise, he felt a little calmer.
4
'I count to ten,' said their friend Alex. Noah listened and started counting aloud. By the time he reached ten, his anger had faded. 'It works!' he exclaimed, amazed.
5
Léa shared her secret. 'I go to my quiet place,' she said. 'It's a spot where I can be alone and think.' Noah thought about his own quiet place. It sounded like a perfect idea.
6
The next time Noah felt anger rising, he remembered his friends' advice. He breathed deeply, counted to ten, and thought of his quiet place. Slowly, his anger melted away, and he smiled.
7
Noah was proud of himself for controlling his anger. Léa and their friends cheered for him. 'You did it, Noah!' they said. Noah felt happy and grateful. He knew he could handle his anger now.
