Yes! Teachers Go Grocery Shopping Too!

One sunny Saturday, Lily and her mom went to the supermarket. As they walked down the cereal aisle, Lily saw a familiar face. 'Mom, look! It's my teacher!' she exclaimed. Her teacher, Mrs. Johnson, smiled and waved. 'Hello, Lily! Yes, teachers go grocery shopping too!'

The next day, Lily went to the bakery with her dad. She was picking out donuts when she saw Mrs. Johnson again. 'Hi, Mrs. Johnson!' Lily said with a big grin. Mrs. Johnson chuckled, 'Hello again, Lily! I guess we both love donuts!' Lily laughed and picked her favorite chocolate donut.

On Sunday, Lily went to the park with her friends. They were playing on the swings when Lily spotted Mrs. Johnson walking her dog. 'Mrs. Johnson, you have a dog?' Lily asked, surprised. 'Yes, this is Max,' Mrs. Johnson replied. The kids took turns petting Max, and everyone had fun.

Later that week, Lily saw Mrs. Johnson at the library. 'Mrs. Johnson, do you read here too?' Lily asked. 'Yes, I love reading books,' Mrs. Johnson said. 'It's nice to see you again, Lily!' They both picked out new books to read and waved goodbye. Lily realized teachers are just like everyone else.
