Luna wants to help, her grandma tells her she must thank the earth for everything it does for us, and encourgae others to do the same. You can take a second and just say thank you earth, but you can also pick up trash you see on the street, use less water, walk to places instead of driving. Small things matter, and one day when luna is all grown up she can team up with people who also take time to thank the earth, and continue to tell others to do the same.,

We breathe it to stay alive, and so do the animals and plants!” Lily took a deep breath. “Wow! So air helps us all!” Grandpa nodded. “And water is just as important. It gives us something to drink, helps plants grow, and provides a home for fish and frogs!” Tom ran to a small pond and saw ducks swimming. “Water is amazing!” Next, Grandpa bent down and picked up a handful of soil. “Soil helps plants grow. Without it, trees, flowers, and food plants wouldn’t grow!” Lily looked at the green grass and trees. “And plants give us food, shade, and air to breathe!” Grandpa smiled. “Yes! And animals? They help nature too! Birds spread seeds, bees help flowers grow, and animals keep the forest healthy.” Tom laughed as he saw a squirrel running up a tree. “Everything works together!” Grandpa nodded. “Yes!
