The hairstylist gave her tips: the importance of avoiding excessive heat, taking vitamins, drinking water, sleeping on a satin pillow case or silk scarf, explaining the importance of a healthy scalp with illustrations of gentle scalp massages and using natural oils. In a vibrant coral reef, a group of sea creatures learns that their differences make their friendship stronger. Together, they discover that everyone has something special to offer. Dolphin finds them both but forgets to check below. Starfish calls out, "You forgot to look down here!" They laugh, enjoying the game. Suddenly, a shadow looms over them. "What is that? It looks scary!" Sea Turtle exclaims. Dolphin reassures, "It’s just a boat. Let’s stick together!" When Clown Fish gets caught in a net, Sea Turtle and Dolphin work together to free him. Relieved and safe, Starfish reflects, "We are all so different, but we make a great team!" Dolphin smiles, "Our differences make us stronger." Clown Fish adds, "Thank you, everyone." Their adventure proves that friendship is built on embracing differences and working together.

Wyn wins over his parents by proving to them he is a hero by extinguishing a fire that almost burns down the town inn.

Un giorno a scuola arriva Giuliano, un uomo adulto, gentile ed autorevole. Lui è uno psicologo scolastico che cerca di aiutare sia i bulli che le vittime con lo sportello di Ascolto psicologico. Racconta delle storie che insegnano la gentilezza, l'altruismo e il rispetto degli altri. GIULIANO aiuta le vittime di bullismo a reagire con gentilezza e a guardare il mondo con fiducia, ad accrescere la propria autostima. Purtroppo prima di Natale, un giorno, a causa di incomprensioni su una chat di messaggistica, scoppia una lite tra due alunne della scuola, tra Carla e Sofia e il Preside vorrebbe sospendere lo sportello di ascolto psicologico anche perchè i fondi ministeriali stanno per finire . I due alunni coinvolti nella lite, dopo essere stati aiutati dallo psicologo Giuliano a riflettere sul loro comportamento, vanno dal Preside per chiedere scusa. Grazie alla donazione di un benefattore il progetto di ascolto viene finanziato fino alla fine dell'anno scolastico. Come simbolo di serenità e unione nel cortile della scuola viene collocata la "panchina viola della gentilezza" per tutto il personale della scuola.
