One morning, Lily woke up and looked out the window. The sun was shining brightly. "It is sunny today!" she said, putting on her sunglasses. She ran outside to play. Suddenly, a big gust of wind blew past her. "Whooosh!" Her hat flew off! "Oh no! It is windy now!" Lily giggled, chasing her hat. Then, dark clouds covered the sky. Drip, drop! Raindrops started to fall. "It is rainy now!" Lily said, opening her umbrella. She splashed in the puddles. Splish, splash! Just as she was having fun, the rain stopped, and white snowflakes started to fall. "Wow! It is snowy now!" Lily cheered. She put on her scarf and made a little snowman. Lily laughed and said, "The weather keeps changing, but every day is fun!"

1. Karmie woke up in her bed, the sun peeking through her curtains. Her stuffed animals sat on her shelf and her favorite purple blanket made her feel warm. 2. She went to the bathroom where The sink was just the right height for her to reach, and her toothbrush had sparkly stars on it. She giggled as the minty bubbles filled her mouth. 3. Karmie skipped into the kitchen, where her breakfast waited for her. The smell of pancakes made her tummy rumble. She liked the way her chair fit just right at the table, and how the window let in the morning light. 4. After breakfast, it was time for some cartoons. Karmie settled onto the big, soft couch in the living room, hugging her dog, Reese, close. She loved this room, where she could cuddle up and watch her favorite shows. 5. It was time for Karmie and Reese to go outside. The trees were tall. Reese wagged his tail as they walked by the park, where Karmie played with her friends. 6.That night, her adults sat down with her. “Karmie,” they said, “we have some exciting news! We’re going to move to a new home soon.” Karmie felt her heart skip. 7. She held Reese's leash tightly as they walked to the moving truck. “I hope I like the new house,” she whispered to Reese. 8. When they arrived at the new house, Karmie took a deep breath and stepped inside. First, she saw her new bedroom. It was different, but still cozy, and her purple blanket was already on the bed. 9. In the new bathroom, her sparkly toothbrush was waiting by the sink, just like before. The kitchen smelled like pancakes, and Karmie noticed the sunlight pouring in through the windows, just like her old home. 10. That night she snuggled into her new bed. She still had her favorite things, her dog Reese, and most importantly, her family. “I think I’m going to love it here,” Karmie whispered, closing her eyes with a smile. 11. Karmie learned that even though she loved her old home, in her new home, she felt safe and happy, just like before.

"They can grow into anything you wish for." Page 3 Tilly's eyes widened. "Anything?" she squeaked. "I wish for a mountain of cheese!" She imagined piles of cheddar, Swiss, and mozzarella, all for her. Page 4 Hoot chuckled. "But Tilly, you must plant them with care and patience. You can only plant one seed at a time, and you must wait for it to grow." Tilly nodded, grabbed a tiny pot, and carefully planted one seed. Page 5 Every day, Tilly watered the pot. She waited and waited. But nothing happened. "Why isn't it growing?" she asked Hoot, tapping her foot. "Patience, Tilly," Hoot said. "Good things take time." Page 6 One day, Tilly saw Benny the rabbit struggling to carry a heavy basket of carrots. "Oh, Benny!" she cried. "Let me help!" She helped Benny carry the carrots to his burrow. Page 7 When Tilly returned to her pot, she gasped. A tiny green sprout had peeked out of the soil! "It's growing!" she shouted. She had been so busy helping a friend, she hadn't noticed. Page 8 The sprout grew into a beautiful little plant with glowing flowers that looked like tiny stars. "What did you wish for, Tilly?" Hoot asked. Tilly thought for a moment. Page 9 "I wished for happiness," she said. "And I found it by helping my friends." The glowing flowers shimmered, and a warm feeling filled the air. Tilly realized that true wishes weren't about things, but about kindness and friendship. Page 10 From that day on, Tilly understood the magic of the Wishing Seeds. They taught her that the best wishes were the ones you shared with others. And that the most important thing to grow, was kindness.

Page 6: As Christmas neared, the store shined with lights. “Let’s make it special!” Ish cheered. People came, smiling, hugging, thankful. Page 7: On Christmas Eve, the store filled with laughter. “Best Christmas ever,” Osh said. DH chuckled. “Better than presents?” Ish grinned. “Giving is better!” Page 8: After the holidays, DH had an idea. “How ‘bout the rodeo?” Osh gasped. “Barrel racing!” Ish clapped. “Cowboys!” Page 9: At the rodeo, they met Mae. “Your outfits are so pretty!” Ish said. Mae beamed. “I sew them myself.” “Teach us?” Osh asked. Page 10: Mae showed them how to sew. “Snip, stitch, tada!” she said. Osh made a bag. Ish decorated a dress. Page 11: As the sun set, DH hugged XH. “We’re a family again,” he said. XH smiled. “And we have a town full of friends.” Page 12: The store stayed open, always giving. He has commanded us to love one another as He loves us. The scriptures tell us that charity comes from a pure heart We have pure love when, from the heart, we show genuine concern and compassion for all our brothers and sisters. John Jr and Hopsi decide to have pure love from there on out. 3. John Jr and Hopsi thought of ways they could demonstrate charity. They thought up some ideas that they could do which include: Thinking and speaking kindly of others Praying for the needs of others Encouraging others to reach out to people they normally wouldn't Loving family and friends Treating others with respect and kindness Doing good things for others Praying for enemies Speaking the truth in love 4. John Jr and Hopsi decided to raise money or school supplies to help children in need of supplies for school. They selected a date and made up posters for the event to post around town. They also put a notice In the local newspaper. 6. It was the day of John Jr and Hopsi's charitable event. They set up a table with a jar for cash donations. They put out empty boxes for any supplies. Many people came by to drop off donations. The event brought in $3500 and 5 big boxes of an assortment of supplies. The supplies included backpacks, notebooks, coloring and writing supplies and glue. John Jr took everything they had received to the board of education for distribution to children in need.

On the ice, PIN, a fluffy penguin, was born. He loves snow but once saw a shimmering puddle, curious, approached, saw his reflection, scared at first, then realized it's him. He joyfully splashed in it. Other penguin chicks joined. Realizing the puddle's too small, they sought a bigger one. Seeing adult penguins swim, Pin asked his parents to teach him. They taught him to dip, blow bubbles, and move his flippers. Pin learned to swim, making everyone happy.
