But over time the tail turned long, heavy and sharp, eating the fear and anxiety inside me." 2. the growth of anxiety (in the middle) As the tail eats through my experiences and trauma(eg not being able to meet my parents expectations or my parents fighting and almost devours, mom gaslighting me), it gets longer more complicated. Tails cover me or follow me and bully me. There are disturbing figures sprouting from the tail, or the tail tying me up. Example: "The tail remembered all the hurt and trauma I went through. The bullying at school, the fear of failure, and the moments when I couldn't accept myself. All these memories made the tail heavy and long." 3. a confrontation with the tail (the climax) The moment I realize that the tail is part of me. I want to take the tail off, but it's already completely stuck as part of my body. The more I try to get rid of the tail, the stronger it reacts and harasses me. Example: "I tried to pull the tail off. But it was my flesh and bone. I couldn't pull it off, but rather the tail tightened me even more. The more I fought to get rid of the tail, the more and more I was tied to it. Endless Anxiety: A tragic ending with a tail growing endlessly and completely covering me. Example: "I eventually decided to talk to the tail face to face. 'You are a part of me. But I can control you.' At that moment the tail stopped little by little, and became lighter." When a hiking trip goes wrong, a young adventurer must navigate treacherous terrain to find help.

Once upon a time, in a cozy meadow, there was a fluffy white lamb named Lulu. Lulu loved to help her friends and make them smile. On one sunny day, a little bird fell from its nest and couldn't fly back up. Lily saw the bird and gently picked it up with her nose, helping it back to its nest. The bird chirped with joy, feeling safe and cared for. Lulu loved to share her grass with the busy bees and snuggle with the sleepy bunnies. She would always lend a paw to her friends in need, showing them kindness and compassion. One day, a lost butterfly landed on Lulu's back. The butterfly was scared and didn't know where to go. Lulu nuzzled the butterfly with her warm fur and guided it to a beautiful flower garden. The butterfly fluttered its wings with gratitude, feeling the love and kindness from Lulu. The animals in the meadow saw Lulu's acts of kindness and started to follow her lead. They decided to care for each other, just like Lulu had done. The moral of the story is that kindness is like a warm hug that makes everyone feel loved and happy. When we show care and compassion, we create a world where everyone is a friend. And so, Lulu and her friends lived happily in the meadow, spreading love and joy to all who crossed their path. The end.

Beppe clapped his little hands as the bright yellow bus rolled into view. His sister Nina held his tiny hand, guiding him aboard. The bus had big, shiny wheels, and they made a fun sound as they went round and round. “The wheels on the bus go round and round!” Nina sang, and Beppe giggled, swaying to the music. Beppe looked out the window and saw the trees. “Swish, swish, swish!” Nina said, pointing at the branches moving in the wind. Beppe laughed and tapped the window with his fingers. Inside the bus, Nina found a button. “Beep, beep, beep!” she said, pretending to press it. Beppe joined in, making cheerful little noises. As the bus stopped, Beppe spotted its big, round wheels again. They still went round and round in his mind. The adventure had been full of music, motion, and fun. Back at home, Beppe sat with Nina, babbling happily. He couldn’t wait to ride the bus again and sing with his sister.
