Once upon a time, there were two children named Audrey and Daniel. Their dad loved fishing more than anything! One sunny day, Dad packed up his fishing gear and took Audrey, Daniel, and their Jack Russell terrier, Butch, down to the creek for a day of fishing fun. Butch, of course, was excited for a swim. Dad helped Audrey and Daniel set up their fishing lines. First, Audrey caught a small carp! She was so excited, she jumped up and down. Then, Dad hooked the biggest fish Audrey and Daniel had ever seen – a huge cod! He shouted to Daniel, "Grab the net!" The 4kg cod was a monster! "Fish and chips tonight!" Audrey exclaimed. Poor Daniel! The fish kept stealing the bait right off his hook. Hours passed, and Dad and Audrey caught lots of fish. They started to pack up, but Daniel was determined. "Even if I have to stay all night," he declared, "I'm going to catch a fish!" Just then, Daniel's line started to zip! "Get it! Get it!" Dad yelled. Daniel pulled and pulled, and up came a beautiful barramundi – almost bigger than Daniel himself! He had caught the biggest fish of the day! Dad was super proud of Audrey and Daniel. They were fishing masters! They went home smelling strongly of fish. "You better go clean up!" Mum said, "I'm not letting those stinky fish monsters back in the house!" After a good scrub, it was time for dinner. Dad cooked the delicious fish on the barbie, and told them stories of his amazing fishing adventures. He promised their next trip would be on a boat! Audrey and Daniel couldn't wait for their next big fishing adventure with their dad.

Nasze Królestwo Zabawek jest w niebezpieczeństwie!” „Dzieci, dzisiaj czeka nas wyjątkowa przygoda,” — powiedziała Pati i zamieniła przedszkole w magiczny zamek. One sunny morning, a little dog named Benji woke up feeling excited. Today, he was going on an adventure! (Children start in Dog Pose – hands and feet on the ground, hips high.) Benji stretched his legs and wagged his tail. Then, he ran out of his house and into the big, green forest. As he walked, he saw a tall, strong tree standing in the middle of the path. "Wow! What a big tree!" Benji said. He stood still and stretched his arms up like the branches. (Children move into Tree Pose – stand on one foot, arms up.) Benji heard a soft "meow." He turned and saw a small, fluffy cat sitting on a rock. "Hello, Cat! What are you doing?" asked Benji. "I am stretching my back," said the cat. She arched her back up and then down. (Children do Cat Pose – on hands and knees, round and arch the back.) Benji and the cat continued walking together when they heard a hissing sound. "What is that?" asked the cat. A long, shiny snake slithered out from behind a bush. "Hello, friends," said the snake. He stretched his body long and lifted his head. (Children do Snake Pose – lie on the stomach, hands under shoulders, and lift the chest.) Benji and the cat were happy to meet the snake. "Do you want to come on our adventure?" they asked. "Yes! But first, let’s rest on this big rock," said the snake. The three friends sat quietly on the rock, feeling the warm sun on their backs. (Children do Rock Pose – kneeling, fold forward, forehead on the ground, arms by sides.) After resting, they all stood up, stretched, and continued their adventure together, ready for more fun! The End.

Emilka and the Land of Donuts Once upon a time, in the magical Land of Donuts, every day was sweet, but the sweetest of all was Fat Thursday. On this special day, donuts of all shapes and sizes danced in the streets, filling the air with the scent of sugar and frosting. But this year, something was wrong – the flavors were disappearing! Emma, a curious 6-year-old with a big imagination, stumbled into the Land of Donuts while chasing a butterfly. She met Mr. Sprinkle, the king of the donuts, who was in despair. “If we don’t bring back the flavors, Fat Thursday will be ruined!” he cried. Determined to help, Emma set off on an adventure to find the lost flavors. Along the way, she befriended Choco, a chocolate-filled donut who had lost his sweetness, and Berry, a jelly donut who was feeling empty inside. Together, they traveled through the Cotton Candy Clouds and crossed the River of Glaze. Emma’s clever idea was to mix unexpected ingredients – like lemon zest with chocolate or mint with raspberry. With a sprinkle of magic and a lot of imagination, the flavors returned, more delicious than ever before. Fat Thursday was saved, and the donuts danced with joy. Mr. Sprinkle crowned Emma the Honorary Donut Chef, and she promised to visit every year to invent new, magical flavors. From that day on, Emma was known as the girl who saved Fat Thursday, and the Land of Donuts was sweeter than ever before.
