Our Kindergarten class is learning how to deal with big emotions. When they are feeling overwhelmed by big emotions they should tell an adult they need a break, how we can help them or what is making them feel that way. We want to help them understand their feeling so that they will be able to learn to self-regulate. We encourage deep breathing, breaks, walks, alone time and telling adults how they feel.

Rachel and Malik face situations where telling the truth is difficult but essential. From admitting mistakes to standing up for what's right, the siblings learn that honesty is always the best policy. This heartwarming story emphasizes the importance of integrity and trustworthiness.

A story about a lonely little pup who is trying to find her way to a loving home.

A girl flies in a hot air balloon with a basket, a hurricane brings her to a wild island in the middle of the ocean, she lands and her flying machine breaks. On the island she meets many animals who help her fix her machine. She helps the animals deal with their worst enemy, the wolf, and saves the island. In the end, she flies home on the fixed balloon and promises to return.

1. John Jr and Vasi were playing at John Jr's Granny house. They was playing with some of John Jr's Mom's toys from when she was young. Vasi loved the Polly Pockets. 2. John Jr came across an envelope. Granny said they could open it. A map was in there. John Jr and Vasi studied it for a bit. 3. Granny explained it was a map of the Southside neighborhood. John Jr and Vasi wasted to go there bad, because the map showed a treasure hidden there. Granny took them to the area so John Jr and Vasi could explore. 4. John Jr and Vasiwalkaround for a few hours. They was about to give up, until they noticed an apple tree. The map showed the treasure near that. John Jr and Vasi studied the map a little more to figure out how it was position around that tree. 5. John Jr finds the spot and start digging. They get about 2 ft deep and see this hard plastic container. They get it out. 6. John Jr opens it up and finds a news paper from 1983. The headline was President Reagan created a day to honor Martin Luther King. They find some change that had 1983 imprinted on them. The was a tape of Michael Jackson's Thriller. 5. There was also a Care Bear with a heart on it. There was also some He-Man figurines. They find a box of Nerds candy. They wondered if the Nerds were safe to eat. 6. John Jr and Vasi takes the time capsule back to John Jr's Granny house. Everyone eats some supper. John Jr and Vasi go to their bedroom to play with the time capsule.

Beautiful flowers and butterflies are in secret garden

Once upon a time, in the vast sky above, there was a tiny star named Luma. She twinkled brightly every night, but deep inside, she felt lonely. The other stars were far away, and she longed for a friend to talk to. One evening, as the sun set, a fluffy white cloud named Puffy floated by. "Hello, little star!" said Puffy cheerfully. "Hello, Cloud," Luma replied shyly. "Will you be my friend?" Puffy smiled. "Of course! But I move with the wind. What if I drift away?" Luma twinkled brighter. "True friends are always connected, no matter how far apart they are!" Every night, Puffy would visit Luma, and they would share stories. Luma told tales of the sparkling galaxies, and Puffy spoke about the lands he had seen below—the green forests, blue oceans, and golden deserts. One night, a strong wind blew, carrying Puffy far across the sky. Luma waited, hoping Puffy would return. Days passed, and she felt sad and lonely again. Then, one evening, as the stars began to shine, a familiar voice called, "Luma, I'm back!" Puffy had returned! Though the wind had taken him far away, he never forgot his friend. From that day on, Luma and Puffy knew that no matter where they were, their friendship would always shine as brightly as the stars in the sky. Moral of the story: True friendship stays strong, even when friends are far apart.

Page 1: Deep in the sparkling blue ocean, Starfish Sam lived on a cozy coral reef. Every morning, Sam loved to wake up with a big stretch. "Today, I’m going to teach my ocean friends some yoga!" Sam decided with a happy flip. Page 2: Sam called out to his friends—Daisy the Dolphin, Ollie the Octopus, and Tilly the Turtle. "Let’s start our day with some Ocean Yoga!" Sam said. "Yoga helps us feel strong, calm, and ready for fun!" Page 3: First, Sam showed them the Seahorse Stretch. "Stand tall like a seahorse, with your back straight and your head up high. Take a deep breath in... and then out!" Sam demonstrated, and his friends followed, feeling the gentle stretch. Page 4: Next, they all tried the Wave Flow. "Pretend you’re a wave," Sam said. "As you breathe in, raise your arms up like a wave rising high. As you breathe out, let your arms flow back down." Daisy, Ollie, and Tilly swayed like ocean waves, feeling peaceful and light. Page 5: Finally, Sam introduced his favorite, Starfish Breathing. "Let’s make a star shape with our bodies," Sam instructed. They spread their arms and legs wide. "Now, let’s trace our star," Sam said, "Breathe in as you trace up one arm, and breathe out as you go down the next." Page 6: As they traced their star shapes, breathing in and out, everyone felt calm and relaxed. "Yoga helps us feel like we’re floating on a gentle wave," Sam said with a smile. "It’s the best way to start our day!" Page 7: When they finished, they all lay down on the soft, sandy sea floor in the Resting Reef Pose. "This is how we end our yoga," Sam whispered. "Just close your eyes and listen to the ocean’s lullaby." Page 8: As the waves whispered around them, Sam and his friends felt happy and peaceful. "Yoga with friends is so much fun," they all agreed. "Let’s do it again tomorrow!" And with that, they drifted off into a restful, dreamy sea, ready for a day filled with ocean adventures.

Aspen is a 2 year old little girl that is scared of Halloween. She is scared because of all the different costumes that she will see. She learns that Halloween is fun and there is nothing to be scared of.

Story is about Nyra , a six year old girl. Her Father Told her " I have a surprise for You Nyra ". Nyra asked " what is it ,Daddy" . He said " we are going to vacation". Nyra Jumped in excitement " Thats Amazing " .Nyra with her mum and dad went for a vacation at their vacation home. They reached and relaxed there. They had a lot of fun. Soon it was night time and they were asleep . They heard a thud sound. Nyra said "what was that sound daddy , mummy i am scared ". Her mother told we should not be scared and lets check whats sound all about. They were a little scared but then muttered courage and went to check . It was a Thief . Her Father took a hockey stick and mom took some glass bottle scare the thief away. He was getting in from a small window . Nyra became a courages girl and took racket in her hands. he tried to talk to him and convince "we wont do anything leave the things there and leave ". He did not hear that just tried to scare them . In no time Nyra with her family attacked the thief . Thief thought it was the biggest mistake to his life to enter this house. He ran off from that house. Daddy and mummy were really proud of nyra for not getting scared. Mummy said " Well Done, Darling". If you are brave and use your presence of mind you can do anything

A girl comes to visit her grandmother in the village. The grandmother has a small house with a large garden behind it. There are deciduous and fruit trees in the garden. Keesokan harinya, Rafiq berkongsi kisahnya di sekolah, dan Cikgu Sani memuji kreativiti serta usahanya. Danial yang sebelum ini mengejek Rafiq akhirnya insaf dan mahu berkawan dengannya.
