1. Once upon a time in the busy hallways of the district's educational hub, a dedicated educator named Crystal stood at the precipice of change.

Sally the Seagull flew through the air and spotted a struggling fish. Sally decided to take a closer look to see if she could help the fish. “Hey fish, what’s got you struggling so?” she asked. “I got caught up” replied the fish. “That fisherman is trying to take me for a ride” the fish continued. Sally looked up and saw the fisherman trying to reel in the fish. Sally thought for a moment, “why don’t you ask him to let you go?” she said. “Well I never thought of that,” remarked the fish. So the fish got up all of its might, jumped out of the water and yelled, “LET ME GO! Please!”, he said please because he was a polite fish after all. The fisherman didn’t move, he just kept trying to reel the fish in. “Well, what did he say?” asked Sally. “He doesn’t speak fish” replied the fish. Sally thought maybe she could try to talk to the fisherman. She flew over to him and said “excuse me, sir, but could you please let my friend the fish go?” But the fisherman only heard “caw, caw, caw caaaw, caw caw.” Sally flew back to the fish. The fish asked, “is he going to let me go?” “No” Sally replied, “he doesn’t speak seagull.” Just then a sea otter swam up, he had heard them talking and was wondering what the commotion was all about. The sea otter asked the fish, “what’s going on over here?”

Ali who was riding his bike on his way to school on a beautiful sunny morning thought he saw a flying saucer. They first searched all around the house for Teddify. Ahana then ran up to their dad. “Dad, do you know where Teddify is” asked Ahana. “I don’t know maybe she went for a walk,” said dad as he chuckled The girls walked down the street to the supermarket hand in hand. Helena asked, “Hi there have you seen Teddify?” “No sorry, not in the shop but I saw one on the park bench this morning ” said Bella sadly. They ran to the park, Helena found a teddy. “This is my teddy” screamed a little girl. “but but” sputtered Helena. Ahana asked both the little girls to please stop arguing, she crouched down to Helena and asked “Doesn’t Teddify have a jumper?” “Yes, she does, sorry” said Helena glumly walking back to the house. When they came back home, Kate saw Helena crying. “Oh no Helena are you alright? Why are you crying?” she asked. Ahana explained how Teddify was missing and how they searched for her everywhere the whole morning. “Mum, have you seen Teddify?” the girls asked. “Sorry no I have been busy doing laundry this morning” replied mum. Hearing this, Ahana’s face lit up “Follow me Helena” she cried. Five seconds later they were ripping clothes out of the basket and at the bottom they found a clean and shiny Teddify. Cuddling Teddify close Helena gave Ahana a big hug and thanked her. “Another case solved!!” the girls cried in unison.
