When her best friend Olivia, also hiking for the first time, gets stuck near the rock tower on the mountain, Julia feels compelled to help her. As Julia climbs the mountain, she faces several challenges: jumping across large rocks, crossing a stream, and walking through a dark, eerie forest. With each obstacle, she reminds herself that Olivia needs her. Reaching the rock tower, Julia is upset when she can't find her friend, thinking she’s failed. Just as she loses hope, Olivia appears, reassuring her that she’s not alone. Julia realizes that, despite her doubts, she was more than capable of handling the challenge and helping her friend, proving that she was, in fact, old enough.

The first day of art class is always exciting, but for many students at Tech Valley Elementary, this year’s start was extra special. They were about to meet Mrs. B, the new art teacher known for her creative spirit and warm heart. As the students walked into Mrs. B’s Creative Studio, they were greeted by a room filled with colorful art supplies, inspiring artwork, and a cheerful atmosphere. Mrs. B, with her bright smile and enthusiastic energy, welcomed each student with a warm hug and a kind word. “Welcome to my Creative Studio!” Mrs. B said with a twinkle in her eye. “This year, we’re going to explore art in new and exciting ways. Each of you will have the chance to create, discover, and share your own unique talents.” To kick off the year, Mrs. B announced their first project: “The Dream Catcher Collage.” This project was designed to help each student express their hopes and dreams while getting to know one another. Mrs. B explained the steps for the Dream Catcher Collage: The students eagerly began their collages, sharing their dreams and ideas with Mrs. B and each other. Some dreamed of becoming astronauts, others wanted to create amazing art, and a few wished to help animals. As they worked, Mrs. B encouraged them, saying, “Remember, your dreams are like stars in the sky—each one is special and adds to the beauty of our world.” By the end of the class, the Dream Wall was adorned with vibrant and imaginative dream catchers, each one reflecting the students’ hopes and aspirations. Mrs. B admired their work and said, “Your dream catchers are wonderful! They remind us that each of us has unique dreams and talents. Let’s work together this year to help each other’s dreams come true.” The students left the Creative Studio feeling inspired and excited about the year ahead. They knew that with Mrs. B’s guidance, they would explore their creativity and support one another in achieving their dreams.

John Jr told Durga that they needed to Pray in the Spirit at all times with all kinds of prayers, asking for everything they need. They decided to start praying each night before bed. 4. John Jr told Durga about the importance The sword of the Spirit. John describes the spirit as the word of God and its role in spiritual warfare. John Jr said he would use the Word of God as the offensive weapon against the devil, demons, and their schemes

The ground quakes as light spreads, rejuvenating wilted flowers and scaring away creeping shadows. Dawn breaks as Sarah hugs the fox goodbye at the forest’s edge. The trees lean toward her, leaves brushing her hair like fingers. In the distance, the stone guardian winks, its mossy face now smiling.

Page 2 One day, with tears in her eyes, Hannah prayed, “Lord, if You give me a son, I will give him back to You to serve You all his life.” Page 3 The priest, Eli, saw Hannah praying and said, “May God grant your request.” Hannah believed in God’s promise and left the temple full of hope. Page 4 God answered Hannah’s prayer! She gave birth to a baby boy and named him Samuel, which means “God has heard.” She loved him dearly. Page 5 When Samuel was old enough, Hannah kept her promise. She brought him to the temple and said to Eli, “God has blessed me with a son, and now I give him back to serve the Lord.” Page 6 Samuel grew up in the temple, learning from Eli. One night, he heard a voice calling, “Samuel! Samuel!” He thought Eli was calling him, but Eli said, “I did not call you. Go back to sleep.” Page 7 The voice called again, and again Samuel ran to Eli. But Eli realized it was God speaking to Samuel! He told Samuel, “Say, ‘Speak, Lord, for Your servant is listening.’” Page 8 Samuel listened, and God spoke to him. From that night on, Samuel became a great prophet, guiding Israel and teaching them to follow God. Page 9 Hannah’s faith and promise led to Samuel becoming one of the greatest leaders of Israel.
