A little hedgehog woke up in his hole, looked around and did not see his mother. He felt sad and lonely and decided to find his family at all costs. The little hedgehog came out of his hole and found himself in a fairy-tale forest. He walked along a path and admired the beautiful forest - the bright sun was shining, birds were singing, colorful butterflies were flying. He saw a small gray fluffy lump behind a tree. He came closer and saw a forest animal with long ears. Who are you? - asked the hedgehog. I am a bunny - answered the forest animal, And who are you? And I am a hedgehog. I woke up in my hole all alone, I was walking through the forest to find my family, Then the bunny offered his help to the hedgehog and they went to look for the family together. On the way they met many other forest animals. They became friends and all together found the hedgehog's family, who were collecting apples on their needles in a clearing under a large apple tree

I was a little girl about seven years old and we had gone to my grandparents for Christmas. Their house was three or four hours away from mine and I was so worried that Santa wouldn’t find me. He was Christmas Eve and I was having a hard time going to sleep and my mom came in to try to settle me and I was crying because I wanted to make sure Santa Claus could find so he could put the presents under the tree for me, my grandpa came in my room and said not to fret that he knew Santa would be able to find me and for me to go and settle in my bed and everything would be OK. seem like hours was only 10 minutes and I heard the phone ring. My grandpa come running into my room and said Cat come run to the phone it’s for you and I was kind of confused because I was only little and who would be calling me on Christmas Eve? I got to the phone and I heard magical bells. I couldn’t believe my ears. It was Santa Claus, I was like Santa not really you and he said yes and I know where to find you

Karen felt better, she understood that she is valuable. She was glad that she bravely told her parents how she felt. It is very important to talk about your emotions and how you feel mentally. Karen liked learning, she signed up for Japanese language classes. There she met her friend Sarah, who became her best friend. Thanks to Japanese language classes, she also started speaking more clearly. Karen knows that mental health is very important and always cares for people who are sad. She would like to become a psychologist in the future.
